Returns Policy 

By processing your payment with Coastal Trader Co you are accepting the following conditions:

We agree that sometimes you may not get online shopping right, so we aim to provide you with as much information about each product as possible, if you have a particular query - please let us know so we can assist. 

However, if for some reason you don't absolutely love your new purchase, we will provide you with an ONLINE STORE CREDIT. This store credit will be valid for six months from issue and can be used to purchase from our online store. Store credits are provided for the cost of the item paid at purchase. 

Please note we 'do not offer refunds' 

Please email us within 5 days of receiving your parcel at to request an authorisation for your return/credit note.

All returns must physically arrive back to us within 10 days of obtaining written approval from us to do so. Returns are to be sent to:

Once we receive your parcel, the items will be inspected and once approved an online store credit issued. All shipping costs of returns are at your expense. 

All returns must be received back in the original condition with all tags, packaging intact. Items must be unworn/unwashed and free of makeup/deoderant/perfume.

We do not accept returns on jewellery/skincare due to hygiene reasons

We do not accept returns on sale items (this does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods)

We recommend using registered mail or other trackable shipping service as we cannot be held liable for any items lost/damaged in transit. Postage charges are not refundable, unless there is a major fault with the goods. 

Faulty goods

If the items arrives with a manufacturers fault, we will endeavour to replace it for you. If we are unable to replace the 'faulty' item, a refund will be processed once assessment of the item has taken place. Please contact us at if you believe the item you have received is faulty. 

If deemed faulty on return your refund will be processed by the same payment method used to purchase the items. 

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we will first endeavour to replace the item. If the item is unavailable we will provide a refund for faulty goods only.

We will cover the cost of shipping/returns where there is a major fault with the goods. 

Coastal Trader Co is not responsible for loss of goods in transit.
